linus meyer

Linus Meyer is from Melrose, Minnesota. His Kennel, known as the “Grove Trotters,” is located in Grove Twp. near Meire Grove in Central Minnesota. The kennel consists of 18 Alaskan huskies with several retired. Linus started mushing with 5 dogs in 1995 and entered his first race, the MdMinn150, in 1997. He is a retired Conservation Technician and Farmer and his wife, Ileta, is a retired clerk. Linus and Ileta live on a hobby farm with their sled dogs, chickens and cats. He is looking forward to his first Klondike Sled Dog Race!
