John Stumm

John is a lifelong musher from Southeast Minnesota who’s been on the sled since he was just eight years old. Growing up in the world of sprint racing, he’s since shifted gears into distance mushing and has spent years handling for multiple teams along the way. Now, at 34, John is thrilled to be running his very first Klondike with his lead dog, Harper. When the two aren’t training on the trails, you can usually find him fishing and enjoying the great outdoors.
